Full-Featured VHF Marine Radio with GPS Receiver Built-in. Private Text Messaging — Send messages over Marine Channels to other capable radios.

The UM725GBT is the first marine radio to offer Bluetooth wireless text messaging using your smartphone to text with a similarly capable marine VHF radio. You and your crew will enjoy the privacy of texting boat-to-boat, rather than broadcasting over your radio for all the boats in your area to hear. No more cell phone texting drop-off when you reach the range of your land-based cell tower. The UM725GBT marine radio comes packed with the latest features, including IPX8 submersible rating, Integrated GPS Receiver, Integrated Bluetooth Wireless, NOAA

Weather Channels, DSC Distress send and receive, NMEA0183 / NMEA2000, and speaker microphone-equipped.
