Squeeze casting is used on all aluminum propellers for added strength and resistance to bending. This revolutionary manufacturing process virtually eliminates gaps, pockets, and air bubbles in the propeller material, resulting in a considerably tighter grain structure than a typical die-cast procedure. Because of the squeeze cast technique, the grain structure is strong the density is higher. A thinner blade with sharply bent cupped and trailing edges is resisting to prevent prop slippage and blowout in bends while increasing peak speed and fuel economy, thanks to the same race-proven design as Turning Point's Aluminum propellers. Hustler aluminum propellers resist blade flex and provide better fuel economy and performance.
