Shipping Policy

Cut Off Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET for in-stock items typically ship the same day. Orders placed outside our regular hours or after the cut-off will be processed within 1-2 business days. Next Day and Two-Day orders placed by 1:00 PM ET will ship the same day; those placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Free Shipping Promotion

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
  • Free shipping may not apply to some US addresses, large and/or oversized items. Freeport Marine Supply reserves the right to charge for shipping of items that do not qualify for free shipping and were not charged upon order placement. 
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with the exception of a return that is a result of a shipping error, item defect, or other extraneous circumstances (see return policy).

International Shipping

  • International shipping does not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
  • We ship internationally with most countries that don't hold export restrictions or sanctions.
  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays in transit times for international shipments. Contact your local customs office or last-mile shipping courier for more information.

Same-Day Local Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer same-day local delivery through our trusted partner, Trellus. This service is available for most in-stock items, with some restrictions on what can be delivered. Please review the following details to understand how our same-day local delivery works.

Delivery Areas and Rates

Trellus provides delivery based on radius rates to Long Island and Westchester. We also offer scheduled deliveries by request to NYC. Please contact us for more information or if you have any additional questions about our delivery service.

Item Restrictions

Our same-day delivery service is limited to non-hazardous items. Trellus considers 1 box to be any package under 35 lbs in weight and no larger than 36" x 36" x 36" in size. Multiple items going to the same address that fit within these limits will be considered as 1 package. Please note the following restrictions:

  • No single item over 50 lbs
  • No items larger than 36" x 36" x 36" in measurement
  • Total weight limit of 250 lbs for all items in a single delivery batch
  • No hazardous or dangerous materials
  • No combustible, flammable, or dangerous goods

Shipping Restrictions

  • Items that are considered hazardous cannot be shipped by us. Liquids can only be shipped using ground shipping services or picked up via In Store Pick Up.
  • Items that exceed standard shipping limitations on weight and/or size are shipped via Truck Freight. Additional shipping fees apply. A signature may be required for receipt of shipment.

  • Damaged Shipments

    All orders are thoroughly inspected and securely packed. Upon receiving a package, please inspect for any noticeable or concealed damage. If there is significant damage to the package, please refuse delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours so that a claim may be filed with the shipping carrier.
