Our Buy Online and Pick Up In-Store service is available during our normal business hours. Please note that during the summer season, extended hours may be available for pickup to better accommodate our customers.

Cut Length Items

For your convenience, we offer the pickup of cut length items. However, please be aware that all sales of cut length items are final. Additional details can be found in our Return Policy.

Placing an Order

  1. Shop online and select the "Pick Up In-Store" option during checkout.
  2. Provide the name and phone number of the person who will be picking up the order.
  3. Complete the purchase, and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Notification

You will be notified via email or phone call when your items are ready for pickup. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email on hand when collecting your items.

Pickup Process

  1. Visit our store at 47 W Merrick Rd, Freeport, NY 11520.
  2. Provide your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
  3. Sign for your items upon pickup.
