Return Policy

General Returns

Customers may return unused items in new condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all included literature/documentation, tags, and original parts. Returns that are incomplete or not in new condition may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Cut Goods (Line, Wire, Hose, Tubing, Etc.)
• Clearance Items or Closeouts
• Items with Expiration Dates (Flares, Sealants, etc.)
• Special Orders & Drop-Shipments - Returns depend on the manufacturer's policies and may not be accepted or may require a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
• Inflatable Boats
• Outboard Motors
• Life Rafts
• Items Not in Resalable Condition - Any part that has been installed or shows signs of installation.
• Hazardous Materials
• Flammable Liquids or Gases
• Gift Cards

"Online Only" Items

Some items available on our website are "Online Only", meaning they are not stocked in our physical store but can be shipped directly to your home or to our store for pickup at a later date. These items will be labeled as "Online Only" on their product page.

• Returnable "Online Only" Items - Follow the standard return process below.
• Non-returnable "Online Only" Items - If you are dissatisfied, please contact the product manufacturer for further assistance.

Initiating a Return

1. Submit a Return Request (Optional): Customers should initiate a return request through their order details before sending any item back. Only returnable items within the 30-day return window will be accepted. 
2. Ship Back Your Item(s): All returnable items should be sent to:

   Note: We do not provide shipping labels for returns.

3. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
   • Shipping charges are not refunded.
   • Restocking fees may apply for late or incomplete returns.

Important Notice About Unauthorized Returns

Items returned to us without prior authorization or that do not qualify for returns (e.g., marked non-returnable) will be returned to the sender at their expense or discarded based on the sender’s instructions. Freeport Marine Supply is not responsible for items returned without prior approval or for non-refundable products sent back to us.

Warranty & Manufacturer Support

Warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. If you believe your item has a defect covered under warranty, please contact the manufacturer and follow their policy before reaching out to Freeport Marine Supply. We will assist with warranty claims if the manufacturer does not resolve your issue satisfactorily.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend initiating a return for the incorrect item and placing a new order. Your return will be processed following the standard return policy.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not see a refund after 15 business days, please contact info@freeportmarine.com.

Limitations of Liability

By purchasing from Freeport Marine Supply, you agree that we are not liable for any damage, harm, or losses related to the receipt, storage, use, or misuse of products sold. Our liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase amount of the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used for their intended purpose.
